A ‘FONSI’ for EmX

The Federal Transit Administration’s “FONSI” — Finding of No Significant Impact — is a turning point for the Lane Transit District’s west Eugene EmX extension. The years of planning have paid off with a stamp of approval from the agency that will pay most of the cost of the bus rapid transit system’s third leg. Now the years of design and construction can begin.
